Schneider i 2010. Denne yogaform er is\u00e6r rettet mod kvinder over 35, samt kvinder der har sv\u00e6rt ved at f\u00e5 b\u00f8rn, har sv\u00e6re menstruationsforstyrrelser eller andre hormonrelaterede problemer.Hormon Yoga er udviklet af den brasilianske yogaterapeut Dinah Rodrigues. Metoden indeholder elementer fra Hatha Yoga, Energetisk Yoga, Kundalini Yoga og tibetanske energi \u00f8velser. \u00d8velserne er dynamiske, med intensive \u00e5ndedr\u00e6ts teknikker, samt visualiseringer, og har en dybtg\u00e5ende virkning p\u00e5 hormonsystemet og livsenergien, i yoga kaldet prana.<\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Omkring 35 \u00e5rs alderen (statistisk set) begynder \u00f8strogen niveauet at falde og mange kvinder oplever symptomer som\u00a0hedeture, hum\u00f8rsvingninger, t\u00f8r hud og t\u00f8rre slimhinder, nedsat sexlyst, h\u00e5rtab, tr\u00e6thed og depression. Teknikkerne i Hormon Yoga er udvalgt til at skabe hurtig lindring helt hen til oph\u00f8r af disse gener.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">P\u00e5 kurset gennemg\u00e5r vi programmet flere gange, med v\u00e6gt p\u00e5, at \u00f8velserne tilpasses den enkelte.
